WARRANTY TERMS
GODMODE Limited Warranty.
GODMODE hereby warrants their Gaming PCs and Related Products for different regions with different terms to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”), subject to all the terms and conditions as specified herein. GODMODE's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace or, at its option, to repair, free of charge, all the product’s defective parts.
This warranty is only valid if the product:
- 1. Was installed per GODMODE instructions;
- 2. Was not damaged by software or hardware, including software or hardware incompatibility;
- 3. Was maintained and operated under conditions of normal use in accordance with GODMODE specifications;
- 4. Was not damaged by overclocking or modification by someone other than GODMODE.
The warranty shall not apply where product(s) are used to any degree, outside of normal intended use, which shall include but not limited to “MINING” (e.g., Cryptocurrency, Data Mining, Mining Farms).”
Any modification made to the Product must be reversed prior to shipment back to GODMODE for warranty service. Product must be in original condition to receive warranty service. Determination of damage or defect, as a result of any modifications or overclocking by purchaser, will be at the sole discretion of GODMODE. Any charges arising due to modification will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Any return shipping fees may, at GODMODE’s sole discretion, be the responsibility of the Purchaser if the product is not covered by the warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TITLE AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, WHICH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. GODMODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHICH PURCHASER OR THIRD PARTY MAY SUSTAIN, EVEN IF GODMODE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL GODMODE’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Purchaser acknowledges that the goods sold by GODMODE are being used or incorporated into other products or systems, and the ultimate safety of those products or systems are the sole responsibility of Purchaser. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability of use of GODMODE products in other products or systems. Purchaser agrees that it and/or its customers are solely responsible and agrees that the use of GODMODE products for any purpose related to such services or otherwise cannot in any way be controlled by GODMODE, and Purchaser or its customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of any information contained in, entered into, or used in connection with GODMODE products. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability for use of GODMODE products in other product or systems. Third party products and/or systems are including but not limited to motherboards and other system components are not covered by this warranty. In no event shall GODMODE be liable for any damages of any kind sustained by Purchaser, any customer of Purchaser, or others for any suit or claim or demand arising from the use of GODMODE products.
Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase documentation evidencing the date of purchase (sales receipt or invoice), place of purchase, purchase price, item number or ID, and original packaging and accessories. To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, contact the local reseller / distributor.
Return to purchaser shipping fees for repaired or replacement product will be paid for by GODMODE from 1 year after purchase date. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped via a selected Courier.
Purchaser pays for shipping product to GODMODE for the second year of warranty. Customer assumes the risk of loss (insurance from loss or damage) in transit and the returned Products shall become the sole property of GODMODE. GODMODE warrants that the repaired or replaced Products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the remainder of the original product’s warranty term.
GODMODE reserves the right to inspect and verify the defectiveness of any product returned.
