How would this run the new Microsoft flight sim 2024? As the game isn’t out yet. Just trying to wrap my head around the spec requirements.
With the FALCON Ryzen 7 5700X RTX 4060, you should be able to play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on High to Ultra settings and get around 40-50FPS with DLSS 3.0 turned on within the settings. This is just an estimate however so real results will have to wait till that game gets released.

Can it have up to 240 Hz and or more whilst having 1440p gaming?
If you want to aim for 240Hz at 1440p then the RTX 4070 Super upgrade would be recommended. the RTX 4060 Ti would acheive 240Hz on low settings with games such as Fortnite, CSGO, League of Legends and games like that however.
